The invention discloses an integrated system and method for monitoring food-grade CO2 on line, the integrated system comprises an analysis cabinet, a pretreatment unit, an analyzer combination unit and a tail gas emission unit are installed in the analysis cabinet, and the right side of the analysis cabinet is provided with an anti-explosion air conditioner and a control unit; the upper part of the analysis cabinet is a positive pressure sealing area, and the lower part is a control area; a pressure sensor, a temperature sensor, a bypass throttle valve and an analyzer combination unit are mounted in the positive pressure sealing area; and the control area is provided with an air inlet valve and a pretreatment unit. The analysis system can be used for completing node analysis and finished product gas impurity total analysis in a food-grade carbon dioxide purification process, and the quality of food-grade carbon dioxide product gas is guaranteed. Compared with a traditional analysis method, the integration level is higher, real-time analysis is carried out on a production site, and data can be directly uploaded to a control center.
