Said device includes image camera type automatic reading system, software processing portion and image camera peripheral equipment whose action is controlled by software, in which the kernel portion is processing process of software, the fluid source is connected with detected meter. The flow meter for sampling detected meter by adopting image camera technique can adopt two lines to make connection, one line is connected with regulation module and another line is connected with identification module. Said regulation module is composed of sample collection unit, image processing unit and statistical template unit. The regulation data measured by said module can be connected with background database, then connected with matching unit. Said invention can be matched with various flow standard devices.
