Abstract

The product data collection system of the invention comprises a related storage device which is used for logging in an ID of a visitor and the reception address for product data lists designated by the visitor, and sending the ID of the visitor and the reception address to an operational server, a bar code reader which is used for colleting bar code information attached onto the product and sending the bar code information and the ID of the visitor to the operational server, and the operational server which is used for storing and updating the product data lists and sending the product data lists matched with the bar code information to the reception address designated by the visitor. In addition, the visitor can also send comments on the product to the operational server via voice or text data through a mobile phone, and after that the visitor can log on the operational server to hear the voice comments or edit and send text comments to the designated address. The invention enables collective transmission of product data lists in which the visitor is interested, thereby avoiding the trouble which the visitor takes to carry the product data lists, and enabling timely report to the company. The invention also provides a product collection method.
