Embodiment Construction

[0024] In order to enable your examiner to have a further understanding and understanding of the characteristics, purpose and functions of the present invention, the relevant detailed structure and design concept of the device of the present invention will be explained below:

[0025] Please refer to FIG. 1 , which is a schematic diagram of a preferred embodiment of the tactile sensing device of the present invention. The tactile sensing device 1 includes a sensing layer 10 , a pressure adjustment unit 11 , a plurality of pressure sensing units 12 and a control unit 13 . The sensing layer 10 is composed of a plurality of elastic bodies 100 , and each elastic body 100 has an accommodating space 1001 inside. The elastic body 100 described in this embodiment is an airbag made of elastic material. The pressure regulating unit 11 is connected with the sensing layer 10 by a pipeline 110 to regulate the internal pressure of the accommodating space 1001 . The pressure regulating uni...

Abstract

The invention is a haptic sensor, which comprises a sensing layer, a pressure modulator, more than one pressure-sensing unit and a controlling unit. The sensing layer consists of a plurality of elastomers and the pressure modulator is connected with the sensing layer through pipelines to control the inner pressure of the elastomers. The pressure sensing unit can sense the pressure change inside the elastomers and the controlling unit is connected with the pressure modulator which can receive the sensing signals produced by the pressure-sensing unit and the pressure-sensing unit. Through covering the surface of a movable device with the haptic sensor, the magnitude and position of the touch external force can be known by sensing the pressure change of the gasbag inside the elastomers and also different degrees of softness can be presented by means of gas supply to change the inner pressure of the gasbag inside the elastomers.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a sensing device, in particular, the airbags formed by elastic material are arranged in arrays, and the size and position of the external force of touch can be known by sensing the pressure change inside the airbags, and by providing A tactile sensing device that changes the pressure inside the airbag to present different softness and a movable device using the device. Background technique [0002] Traditionally, the appearance of robots, toys, static carriers or dynamic carrier devices are blunt mechanical components, so they often give people a cold and lifeless feeling. With the advancement of science and technology, the aforementioned robots or toys and other devices have gradually acquired related technologies that can express tactile perception, but most of these technologies still rely on mechanical switch sensors, or attach tactile or force sensors. and its surface. For example: Japanese patent publication JP2...
