Abstract

The invention discloses a device used for culturing and treating cells or tissues, which comprises a culture plate and a movable cover which can be arranged on the culture plate. The culture plate comprises a bottom, at least one culture hole extending out from the bottom, upright side walls arranged around the culture plate and at least a passage extending outside the culture plate from the internal surface of the bottom. The bottom comprises the internal surface of an upper side and the external surface of a lower side. The cover comprises an upper part and a lower part, a chamber arranged between the upper part and the lower part, at least an inlet conduit for liquid to flow into the chamber, at least an outlet conduit extending out from the lower part and a bounding wall extending from the peripheral hem of the lower part. The outlet conduit is aligned with the culture holes. The invention further discloses a method for culturing and treating cells or tissues. The invention provides the device for dynamically culturing and treating cells based on the multihole culture plate. On one hand, the device facilitates industrial production; on the other hand, the device is applicable for the high-flux dynamic culture and treatment of cells.
