Abstract

The present invention provides a method for controlling the descending transmission power in the TD-SCDMA system. The method comprises the following steps: receiving the control command of the descending power aiming at the descending time slot by a NodeB; inquiring whether the NodeB has transmitted an information in the descending time slot corresponding with D1 subframe ahead the current subframe; and if true, facilitating that the NodeB responses the control command of the descending power; wherein, D1 is the processing time slot required for generating the control command of the descending power by the user equipment UE. The invention also provides a method for executing ascending transmission power control and synchronization control in the TD-SCDMA system, and a device for executing descending transmission power control in the corresponding TD-SCDMA system and a device for executing ascending transmission power control and synchronization control in the TD-SCDMA system. The method and the device according to the invention can settle the problem of error adjustment caused by the responding of NodeB or UE to the control command of all ascending or descending time slots distributed by RNC.
