The preparation method comprises the following steps: the rhodofix is dissolved into small quantity of hot water and is added into the paraffin wax emulsion to be stirred evenly, and potassium humate powder is added into the mixture to be stirred by a stirring mill for 30 minutes so that the components are mixed evenly. The invention effectively facilitates the healing of the apple tree scar and protects the apple tree scar in time. The test result shows that the scar healing rate is up to 57.6 percent averagely, the average growth width every year is 1.55 centimeters, and the most growth width is 1.97 centimeters.
