Embodiment 1

[0007] Example 1: Prepare 0.5 liters of soaking liquid with 5 grams of Sapindus fruit dried shells and soak 50 grams of Jatropha tomentosa seeds for 10 hours. After rubbing and washing to destroy the surface wax layer, it is sown in the seedbed, and after 45 days, 10,546 seedlings with more than 4 true leaves were obtained, with a seedling rate of 97.5%. After transplanting to the nursery for 7 months, 10,473 seedlings with a height of 1.2 to 1.5 meters were obtained, with a total seedling rate of 96.5%.

Embodiment 2

[0008] Example 2: Prepare 0.2 liters of soaking liquid with 3 grams of Sapindus sapinsia fruit dried shells and soak 10 grams of Jatropha tomentosa seeds for 28 hours. After rubbing and washing to destroy the surface wax layer, it is sown in the seedbed, and after 45 days, 2122 seedlings with more than 4 true leaves were obtained, with a seedling rate of 98.1%. After transplanting to the nursery for 7 months, 2089 seedlings with a height of 1.2 to 1.5 meters were obtained, with a total seedling rate of 96.6%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a seed treatment method for raising seedlings of Idesia polycarpa. The method comprises the following steps: soaking seeds of the Idesia polycarpa in an extracting solution of fruit shells of Chinese soapberry which is also named Sapindus mukorossi for 4-48h; kneading and cleaning the soaked seeds; and raising the seedlings with the treated seeds on a seedbed. Each liter of the fruit extracting solution is obtained by extracting 5-50g of the mashed fruit shells of the Chinese soapberry on the dry basis at the temperature 25-100 DEG C for 1-24h.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a seed treatment method for raising seedlings of Jatropha tomentosa. Background technique [0002] Idesia Polycarpa Var. Vestita Diels is a variety of Idesia Polycarpa Var. Vestita Diels, which is a deciduous tree. The unsaturated fatty acid content of Jatropha jatropha oil is more than 80%, the linoleic acid content is more than 70%, the vitamin E content is more than 1‰, and it does not contain toxic and harmful ingredients. It is not only a high-quality edible oil, but also the extraction of linoleic acid and vitamin E. Excellent raw material for biodiesel and high-grade lubricating oil. The rich production period of Jatropha Maoye is more than 40 years, and the yield per plant in the rich period can reach 200kg (dried fruit), and the oil content of dried fruit is 38-42%. The root system of Jatropha magnolia is well developed, and the function of water and soil conservation is strong. The trunk of Tongzi Maoye is straight...
