The organic electroluminescence display, comprises: a pixel unit configured to control current between a pixel power supply and a ground power supply, wherein light is emitted according to the amount of the current. In order to eliminate an initial glare, the pixel power supply is gradually provided to the pixels, and after a delay, the ground power supply is then gradually provided to the pixels.
