A method for preparing quinoline alkaloid from zanthoxylum dissitum Hemsl. comprises a dynamic multi-stage countercurrent circulatory extraction step in which pretreated zanthoxylum dissitum Hemsl. for use is divided to a plurality of portions and put to various extraction units sequentially connected in a countercurrent extractor respectively to complete a dynamic continuous extraction process and collect extracting solution from each unit for use; an alkaloid enrichment step in which the extracting solution for use obtained in the above step is microfiltered by a osmotic membrane, then filtrate is subject to 100000 MW ultrafiltration and 150 MW nano-filtration successively, and supernatant of an ultrafiltration membrane and subnatant of a nano-filtration membrane are discarded, supernatant from the nano-filtration membrane is collected and condensed to obtain concentrated solution for use; and a chromatographic purification step in which the concentrated solution obtained from the second step is poured to Sephadex LH-20 column and is eluted with eluent of various concentrations for a plurality of times, and final eluent is collected and condensed to obtain a dry product which is then treated with acetone to obtain alkaloid powder.
