The invention discloses SOD fresh milk and a production method thereof, which comprises the technological process that, dissolving a weight part of SOD in 9 weight parts of sterilized distilled water; stirring and dissolving to prepare SOD solution; adding the SOD solution to the fresh milk and ensuring that the SOD concentration is 1-200ppm and the SOD biological activity titer is 100-20000 international unit per kilometer fresh milk; heating, stirring, dissolving and sending the mixture to a filling machine to carry out hot filling and sealing; sending to a high-temperature steam box to be sterilized under high temperature; cooling to the room temperature, packing, and storing. The method solves the problem that the traditional fresh milk ultrahigh temperature sterilizing technology destroys the nutrient contents of the fresh milk and inactivates the SOD. By adopting high-temperature long-term sterilizing technology, the production process for the SOD fresh milk does not destroy the nutrient contents of the fresh milk, nor destroys the biological activity of the SOD.
