Abstract

The invention belongs to the welding technique, and relates to improvement of linear friction welding equipment. The device comprises a high-flow servo valve [2], a hydraulic pump station [3], a hydraulic cylinder [6], a displacement sensor [9] and a console [10]; the device is characterized by having a third oil inlet / outlet [6C] communicated with an upper hydraulic cylinder chamber [8] and a fourth oil inlet / outlet [6D] communicated with the an lower hydraulic cylinder chamber [7] of the hydraulic cylinder; and the hydraulic cylinder is controlled to accurate zero resetting by a low-flow servo valve [12]. The device greatly improves zero resetting accuracy of the hydraulic cylinder, and meets the needs of linear friction welding of high accuracy products.
