Abstract

The present invention discloses a whitening spot-relieving cream cosmetic, which comprises the following components by weight: A, 5.21-10% of a main body whitening spot-relieving component; B, 0.4-3.0% of an auxiliary whitening spot-relieving component; C, 13.5-32.5% of an oil phase component; D, 41.5-80.19% of a water phase component; E, 0.5-1.0% of thickening stabilization component; and F, 0.3-1.0% of an auxiliary agent component.
