Embodiment Construction
[0046] Figures 1 to 1 Various nasal breathing aids according to various aspects of the invention are shown in O. These appliances overcome the deficiencies of many appliances currently available. These devices are small, unobtrusive in use, and do not require special attachments or accessories, although the devices described can be combined with other devices such as cannulas. These appliances are worn inside the nose so that the nasal passage is held open from the inside, rather than with an external device. This allows these devices to maintain the airway within the nose in the event of nasal congestion, inflammation, or structural anatomical deformities that reduce the effectiveness of externally applied strips. These devices can be used alone or in combination with decongestant and antihistamine powders, tablets or liquid medicines, other snoring aids such as pillows, or medicated nasal sprays.
