no. 1 Embodiment approach

[0047] refer to Figure 1 to Figure 4 A first embodiment of the elevator system of the present invention will be described. here, figure 1 It is a front view showing the safety link mechanism of the first embodiment of the elevator system of the present invention, figure 2 It is a schematic front view showing the emergency stop device of the first embodiment of the elevator system of the present invention, image 3 yes figure 1 III-III line to see the side view, Figure 4 It is a perspective view showing the vicinity of the first lever and the first lifting rod of the first safety device of the first embodiment of the elevator system according to the present invention.

[0048] Such as figure 2 As shown, the first guide rail 2 and the second guide rail 102 are arranged to extend up and down along the walls of the lifting path 1 at positions sandwiching the car 3 . The car 3 can be raised and lowered by being guided by the first guide rail 2 and the second guide rail...

no. 2 Embodiment approach

[0065] refer to Figure 5 A second embodiment of the elevator system of the present invention will be described. Here, common reference numerals are assigned to the same or similar parts as those of the first embodiment, and repeated explanations are omitted.

[0066] In the second embodiment, the bending sheave of the first embodiment is not used, and the first lever 13 and the second lever 113 are linearly connected by the wire rope 16 via the wire rope clamp 22 and the wire stud 23 . In this embodiment, the end of the wire rope 16 is folded back, connected to one end of the stay stud 23 with a wire rope clip 22 , and the other end of the stay stud 23 is connected to the first lever 13 .

[0067] In this embodiment, by adjusting the folded back size of the end of the steel rope 16, the folded length of the steel rope 16 can be adjusted according to the width of the car or the counterweight, and can be adjusted by cutting the steel rope 16 if necessary. Furthermore, by usin...

no. 3 Embodiment approach

[0070] refer to Image 6 A third embodiment of the elevator system of the present invention will be described. Here, common reference numerals are assigned to the same or similar parts as those of the first embodiment, and repeated explanations are omitted.

[0071] In the third embodiment, the first gear 40 is fixed to the first shaft 11, and the second gear 41 that rotates while meshing with the gear 40 is arranged. The second gear 41 is fixed to a rotatable third shaft 42 attached to the lower beam 3c. A second sheave 43 is fixed to the third shaft 42 .

[0072] A rotatable fourth shaft 44 is mounted on the lower beam 3c, and a third sheave 45 and a third lever 46 are fixed to the fourth shaft 44 . The belt 47 is wound around the second sheave 43 and the third sheave 45 , and thereby, in conjunction with the rotation of the third shaft 42 , the fourth shaft 44 rotates, and the third lever 46 rotates.

[0073] The 3rd lever 46 is connected with the 2nd lever 113 by the p...

Abstract

The present invention provides an elevator system. The elevator system is provided with a cage (3) and a counterweight which lift along the guide rails (2) and (102); a speed limiter (9) which is provided in a lifting path (1); a speed limiter rope (8) which extends downwards from the speed limiter (9); a speed limiter rope head (7) which is connected with the speed limiter rope (8); a first wedge and a second wedge which are provided on the cage, are driven relatively to the cage when the speed limiter rope (8) ascends or descends with a speed larger than the preset speed, and are respectively pushed to the first guide rail and the second guide rail for generating braking force; and a first lever and a second lever which are connected with the speed limiter rope (7) for driving the firstwedge and the second wedge. The speed limiter rope head (7) is connected with the second lever through a flexible tension transfer component.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an elevator system, and more particularly to an elevator system provided with an emergency stop device for generating a braking force by pressing a wedge against a guide rail. Background technique [0002] A car or a counterweight of an ordinary elevator is provided with a device that detects the abnormal movement and activates a safety device when the car or the counterweight rises or falls at an abnormally high speed for some reason. For example, there are Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication, JP-A No. 2001-122551 (hereinafter referred to as Patent Document 1), or JP-A No. 2007-238226 (hereinafter referred to as Patent Document 2). There are two safety devices corresponding to the two guide rails, and each safety device has two wedges that sandwich the guide rails to obtain a braking force. Through the abnormal high-speed movement of the speed governor rope, each safety link is pulled up through the speed governor r...
