Problems solved by technology

[0005] (1) It is not applicable to the situation where the sample is not dissolved;
[0006] (2) Even if the sample is dissolved, the film is quite uneven after drying;
[0007] (3) Because the film formation of solid samples is not uniform, the thickness is uncontrollable;
[0009] (5) After ion implantation, the sample may be crusted (that is, carbonized) without dissolving water, so there will be a large mass loss when collecting the reaction sample
[0010] Due to the above shortcomings, although the second method has been used in a large number of experiments in the past, it is basically impossible to conduct quantitative research, or the results obtained are not reliable

Embodiment Construction

[0027] A method for preparing an infrared solid thin film sample for solving the problem of quantitatively assessing ion radiation damage by spectroscopy, comprising the following steps:

[0028] (1) Determine what kind of biomolecular solid sample material 1 needs to be prepared, and select a liquid 2 that is insoluble or insoluble to the sample material 1 as the carrier liquid (for example: if the experimental sample is amino acid, you can choose ethanol that is insoluble in it. For the carrier liquid), mix the sample material 1 and the liquid 2 in the container 3, and place it in the water tank 4 of the ultrasonic oscillator, after a certain period of time (this time varies according to the sample and the amount), after the ultrasonic action, Form a homogeneous suspension by naked eye observation;

[0029] (2) After obtaining a uniform suspension, place the multi-layer filter membrane 5 (0.22 μm hole is selected here, which can be selected according to the particle size of ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing an infrared solid membrane sample so as to solve the ion radiation damage problem of optical spectrum quantitative evaluation. The invention is characterized in that: a solid membrane sample material is mixed with a liquid which is insoluble or indissolvable to the solid membrane sample material and taken as a carrier liquid, the mixture is subject toultrasonic wave to from uniform particle turbid liquid, and then a filter membrane is used for filtering the carrier liquid out and depositing and attaching the solid membrane sample material on thefilter membrane; after airing or baking, the surface of the filter membrane deposited with solid membrane sample material is closely attached with a pressed potassium bromide tablet for tabletting; and finally the filter membrane is torn off to obtain the solid membrane sample on the potassium bromide tablet. The invention effectively solves non-uniform transverse distribution problem of the membrane sample material and simultaneously considers the demand of optical spectrum measurement; the tablet after ion injection reaction can be used for infrared quantitative measurement or can be directly dissolved in water to perform other visible light-violet light absorption spectrum measurement; therefore, one usage of the invention is exact quantitative evaluation of ion radiation damage by meanof optical spectrum, the method is reliable and practical, and the operation is easy and convenient.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to the field of nuclear science and technology, in particular to a method for preparing an infrared solid thin film sample for solving the problem of quantitatively evaluating ion radiation damage by spectroscopy. Background technique: [0002] Ionizing radiation exists widely in nature, and has an important impact on biological evolution, generation of interstellar molecules, and human health. With the growing interest in environmental and health topics, there is an urgent need for researchers who can accurately measure the physicochemical damage of organisms caused by ionizing radiation, and quantitatively assess the degree of radiation damage of the various biomolecules involved, that is, the sensitivity of radiation damage. Therefore, a reliable scientific evaluation system for radiation-damaged organisms at low doses is established. [0003] Various existing related techniques have been widely used to observe and study radi...
