Abstract

The invention relates to an annular and portable muscle exerciser which comprises an annular tension ring and a damper. The annular tension ring can elastically deform, the damper is installed in thetension ring, and the two opposite end parts of the damper are respectively connected with two corresponding positions of the tension ring.
