Embodiment Construction

[0024] like figure 1 and figure 2 As shown, an ink ribbon 2 includes an ink film 3 , a supply core 4 and a take-up core 5 . One end of the ink film 3 is attached to the supply core 4 and wound on the supply core 4 in a roll shape. The other end of the ink film 3 is attached to the take-up core 5 .

[0025] On the ink film 3, a black ink region 3a, a cyan ink region 3b, a magenta ink region 3c, and a yellow ink region 3d are sequentially formed. In addition, reference numeral 3e is a gap for distinguishing each ink region 3a to 3d, and no ink region is formed on both end portions 3f of the ink film 3 . The ink ribbon 2 is detachably mounted on the thermal printer 15 via a cassette body (not shown) (refer to Figure 4 )superior.

[0026] The supply core 4 includes a winding portion 4a, a shaft portion 4b, and a flange portion 4c. The ink film 3 is wound up on the winding portion 4a. The shaft portion 4b is rotatably attached to the case body.

[0027] The winding core 5...

Abstract

An ribbon belt is provided, where a recognition information recording part is hard to be dismounted. The ink ribbon (2) includes ink membrane (3), a supply core (4) and a coiling core (5). The ink membrane (3) is coiled to form a roller shape on the supply core (4). The ink membrane (3) is coiled to a coiling area (CA) of the coiling core (5) during printing process. The coiling area (CA) is provided with an accepting concave part (5c) for accepting IC labels (7). holographic seals (11) are pasted from the top of the IC label (7) to the outer of the coiling area (CA). If the ink membrane (3) is used up for coiling, the IC label (7) will be covered by the ink membrane, thus the ink membrane must be removed when the IC lavel (7) is dismounted from the coiling core (5).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an ink ribbon used in a thermal printer. Background technique [0002] Thermal printers include a fusion type that uses a fusion-type ink ribbon (with an ink film) and a sublimation type that uses a sublimation-type ink ribbon. Both use a thermal head to heat the back of the ink film and transfer it on a recording medium. Melted or sublimated ink to record images and text. The ink transfer method is as follows: press the ink film to the recording medium to directly transfer the ink to the recording medium; temporarily transfer the ink of the ink film to the transfer film, overlap the transfer film with the recording medium, and transfer the ink again transferred to the recording medium. [0003] The ink ribbon described above is composed of a supply core on which unused ink film is wound and a take-up core on which used ink film is wound. During printing, an ink film is sent from the supply core and passed through the therma...
