Abstract

A cross breeding method of fine variety of lefteye flounder is a cross breeding method for establishing high-yield cross breeding variety of lefteye flounder with the technologies of artificial selection, cross breeding, growth performance evaluation and anti-infective ability measurement. The method comprises the following methods: sieving of anti-infective cross parent, sieving of quickly-grown cross parent, cross breeding of lefteye flounders came from different countries, measurement of growth performance and anti-infective ability of cross seedlings. The method has the characteristics of strong pertinence, high efficiency, obvious effect, easy operation, and the like; the growth rate of cross breeding lefteye flounder seedlings is increased by about 30% compared with normal lefteye flounder seedlings, and the survival rate is increased by above 30% compared with the normal lefteye flounder seedlings. The technology develops a new way for curlturing seawater fish high-yield anti-infective variety, and is a high-yield fine variety culture method capable of being used in fish culture of fine variety; and the method is suitable for popularization and application of cultured fishes, and has important meanings and application values for improving culture yield of fishes.
