Abstract

The invention discloses a compound beverage, which is characterized by consisting of the following components in part by weight: 5 to 80 parts of smallanthus sonchifolius, 5 to 80 parts of red jujube, 1 to 20 parts of agaric, 1 to 20 parts of aloe barbadensis gel, 1 to 20 parts of dietary fiber, 0.001 to 10 parts of citric acid and 5 to 50 parts of granulated sugar. A preparation process of the compound beverage comprises the following steps of: a, selecting materials, performing thermophilic digestion on the smallanthus sonchifolius, the red jujube and the agaric, and then grinding the materials into pulps by using a colloid respectively; b, mixing the three types of the pulps prepared in the step a in proportion, then adding glucan and the granulated sugar into the mixture, and performing pressure homogenization and heating sterilization; and c, pouring the mixture into a container preset with the aloe barbadensis gel. The compound beverage can regulate intestinal tracts, and increase the glucan in the amount of beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tracts and the aloe barbadensis gel which can be used for face beatification and elimination of toxicants to further increase the efficacies of relaxing the bowels and expelling the toxicants, regulating the intestinal tracts and reducing blood fat and blood pressure.
