Abstract

The invention discloses a circulation cooler which comprises a plurality of trolleys. The trolleys are arranged in a circumferential direction in sequence and the front end of each trolley is articulated with a hinging base fixed on a support beam base plate through a hinging structure. The hinging structure particularly comprises a first hinging ear plate, two second hinging ear plates and a hinging shaft, wherein the first hinging ear plate is fixed at the front end part of each trolley, the two hinging ear plates are fixed at the bottom of the hinging base and respectively arranged at two sides of the first hinging ear plate, the hinging shaft is inserted in hinging holes of the first hinging ear plate and the two second hinging ear plates so that the trolleys can turn around the hinging shaft. Preferentially, in the radial cross section of the circulation cooler, the height of the upper surface of the first hinging ear plate is decreased progressively from the middle part to two sides. The invention has reasonably designed and reliable structure, accords with the design idea of complete unloading of the trolleys of the circulating cooler, fundamentally resolves the problem that the service life of a sealing component is influenced when material accumulates at the position of the first hinging ear plate, thereby further improving the overall working stability.
