The invention provides the preparation method for the nematophagousfungus, which comprises a test-tube culture method, a liquid culture method or a solid culture method. The fungus of the invention has the prominent advantage of high virulence to nematodes, applicability to the preparation of bio-control agents for plant parasitic nematodes and relatively vaster application prospect.
