The preparation method of the Tibetan Mastiff bone capsule for dispelling wind and relieving pain comprises the following steps of: firstly removing remained muscles on the Tibetan Mastiff bone, placing the clean bone in clear water for cleaning and taking out, soaking in boiling water for 20-30 min to take out, hanging at a shady and cool and ventilated place for drying, adding into a ceramic tar for sealing, and placing into a dry place to be stored at normal temperature for later use; and smashing the Tibetan Mastiff bone and all the drug components according to the proportion to form fine powder of 80-120 meshes, and packing into a capsule to obtain the product.
