Embodiment Construction

[0015] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the drawings and embodiments.

[0016] The invention is like figure 1 , figure 2 As shown, it includes a pot body 1, an outer pot 2 placed in the pot body 1, and also includes a pressure regulator 4 fixed on the upper part of the outer pot 2. The pressure regulator 4 has a through hole 46; the outer pot 2 corresponds to a pressure regulator A switch 5 is fixed below 4, the ejector rod 6 vertically penetrates the through hole 46 of the pressure regulator 4, the return spring 7, and the through hole 21 on the edge of the outer pot 2, and one end of the ejector rod 6 is in contact with the switch 5. The other end protrudes on the edge of the outer pot 2. The jack 6 can move up and down in the through hole 46 and the through hole 21. The lid 3 is provided with a guide groove 31. During the process of closing the lid 3, the top rod 6 will be pressed to make the switch 5 in an off state. When the lid 3 ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a detector for detecting the pressure and whether a cover is closed in place of an electric pressure cooker, which comprises an outer pot, a cover and a pressure regulator with an ejector rod. A switch is fixed on the outer pot, corresponding to a part below the pressure regulator. The ejector rod moves vertically to penetrate through a through hole of the pressure regulator and a through hole in the edge of the outer pot. One end of the ejector rod is contacted with the switch, and the other end of the ejector rod protrudes from the edge of the outer pot. The cover is closed in place. The guide slot of the cover is positioned right above the end of the ejector rod. The pressure regulator is composed of a casing, a spring, an ejector pin and a screw rod. The casing is provided with a through hole. The two ends of the through hole are provided with inwardly extending steps. The ejector pin is installed in the through hole. The step on the ejector pin is limited by the step on one end of the through hole, while one end of the ejector pin is contacted with the switch after passing through the through hole. One end of the spring is sheathed on the ejector pin, while the other end of the spring is sheathed on the step of the through hole on the casing. The detector is characterized by being low in cost and having multiple functions of safeguard, and can be suitable for the pressure control and the safeguard for opening and closing the cover of the electric pressure cooker.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of electric pressure cookers, in particular to an electric pressure cooker pressure detection and lid closing detection device. Background technique [0002] At present, electric pressure cookers on the market generally use a pressure switch or displacement sensor at the bottom of the outer pot to detect the displacement of the electric heating plate to achieve pressure control in the pot; use a micro switch or a magnetic reed tube between the lid and the shell to achieve the detection of the lid closing in place . For example, Chinese patent 200320116811.5, titled "pressure control device for electric pressure cooker", discloses a pressure control device for electric pressure cooker. A pressure bracket is installed on the outer pot, an adjusting screw is installed on the pressure bracket, and a pressure switch is installed on the heating plate. Under pressure, the heating plate is moved downwards to drive the pressure sw...
