This invention discloses an automatic sampler for an inoculant
production line, relating to the field of
casting auxiliary material production and
processing technology. It includes a
silo, a
storage tank, and a detection component. Both the
storage tank and the detection component are located below one side of the
silo, and the detection component is located on one side of the
storage tank. The detection component includes a base, an electromagnetic chuck, and a first comb
tooth component. The electromagnetic chuck and the first comb
tooth component are located above the base. A second comb
tooth component is located on one side of the first comb tooth component, above the electromagnetic chuck. When small pieces of material clump together, the second comb tooth component can move down to the same level as the first comb tooth component, thereby dispersing the clump. A material
pipe is connected to a
pipe below the
silo, and the other end of the material
pipe is connected to a pipe in the storage tank. An electric valve is connected to the end of the material pipe near the silo. This invention is highly practical and effectively solves the problem of large detection errors caused by inoculant material clumping.
