Abstract

The invention provides a method and a device for measuring axial displacement by taking one-dimensional contrast of three primary colors as a feature. The device is formed by connecting a common computer with a computer camera, a stepping motor and an interface circuit of the stepping motor, and a camera axial displacement device through a universal serial bus (USB) interface of the common computer; the camera is arranged on the axial displacement device and driven by the stepping motor; the stepping motor is connected to an RS232C interface of the computer through the interface circuit of the stepping motor; and the computer is configured with a camera shooting program and a program for measuring the axial displacement according to the one-dimensional contrast of the three primary colors. The method comprises the following steps of: automatically analyzing and selecting the best observing region by taking the one-dimensional contrast of the three primary colors as the feature of the image frame of a detected object, and calculating an autocorrelation matching coefficient of the pixel brightness; judging the imaging focused degree of the object by metering the number of image features in the observing window region; and measuring the micro displacement of the object in the direction of an optical axis of the camera. The method for measuring the axial displacement is novel and can adapt to the variation of ambient light to a certain extent.
