The ointment is used by applying on an affected part two or three times a day and then gently massaging for a while. The externally applied ointment provided by the invention has the functions of clearing away heat, detoxifying, eliminating rash, relieving itching, expelling wind and removing dampness, and can be used for treating children eczema.
