The method comprises the following steps of: 1, stopping a leakage position by using an epoxy leakage-stopping material; 2, reinforcing a leakage-stopping position by using an epoxy repairing material; 3, after the repairing material is solidified, carrying out sand blasting on a region around the original leakage position of the sinking caisson; 4, hoisting a first hoop and fixing; 5, repairing a bottom gap of the hoop by using the epoxy repairing material; 6, pouring an epoxy fluid material; and 7, continuously installing rest hoops for completing subsequent works same as the former six steps, and further completing all repairing works of the leaked sinking caisson of the platform.
