Abstract

An embodiment of the invention discloses a method for preparing a membrane on a glass substrate. A magnetron sputtering method is employed to generate antireflective anti-reflecting mixing membrane, which is a stacked structure containing a low refractive index membrane and a high refractive index membrane, on one side or double sides of the glass substrate; and the magnetron sputtering method is employed to generate a carbon nitride compound membrane on the other side of the antireflective anti-reflecting mixing membrane.
