The method comprises the following specific steps of: when a digital potentiometer (4) receives 0*00, regulating a mechanical potentiometer A (2) to make the output voltage of a circuit reach a lower limit value of a voltage regulation target; when the digital potentiometer (4) receives 0*ff, calculating a voltage target value corresponding to the 0*ff by utilizing a current voltage output value and the upper limit value of the voltage regulation target, and regulating a mechanical potentiometer B (3) to make the output voltage of the circuit reach the voltage target value corresponding to the 0*ff; and regulating the mechanical potentiometer A (2) and the mechanical potentiometer B (3) for a plurality of times until the voltage regulation range of the circuit is consistent with a required target.
