Embodiment 1

[0031] (1) Preparation of water-soluble helical polymer

[0032] A, the preparation of methyl 4-aminobenzoate

[0033] 2.6g of methyl 4-bromobenzoate, 113mg of tributylphosphine, 321g of bis(dibenzylideneacetone)palladium and 3.75g of bis-(trimethylsilyl)amide lithium were placed in a 50mL Erlenmeyer flask, argon Gas protection, add 26mL of anhydrous toluene. The Erlenmeyer flask was sealed with a rubber stopper, the mixture was stirred at room temperature, and the reactant was monitored by TLC. After two days of reaction, the crude product was diluted by adding 100 mL of diethyl ether, at the same time, a small amount of hydrochloric acid was added, and then 300 mL of diethyl ether was added and stirred. The precipitate of methyl 4-aminobenzoate was washed with ether and dried in air, then 100 mL of 2M NaOH solution was added, and the mixture was washed with 100 mL of CH 2 Cl 2 extraction. Then add 100 mL of saturated NH 4 Cl solution was diluted. The organic layer was...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for constructing a spiral immunization assembly sensor for determining neomycin, belonging to the technical field of material chemistry. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a water-soluble spiral polymer, modifying the spiral polymer with semi-antigen, coupling gold nano particles with antibody, and constructing a neomycin sensor. The invention provides a water-soluble spiral polymer, that is, poly(4-isocyano-benzoic acid). According to the invention, by immunization identification (neomycin semiantigen modified spiral polymer) and gold nanoparticle (coupled with antibody) assembly, the circular dichroism spectrum (CD) signals generated by the assembly detect the neomycin.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention discloses a helical immune assembly sensor for detecting neomycin, which belongs to the technical field of material chemistry. Background technique [0002] Helices exist widely in nature, and natural macromolecules such as DNA, protein, collagen, etc. will present magical helical structures, and scientists have found that helical structures are an important factor for these molecules to exhibit biological activity. Fascinated by these magical helical structures, scientists designed and synthesized some helical polymers. Macromolecules with helical structures are uniquely attractive to polymer scientists because of the unique properties and wide-ranging applications of synthesized helical polymers. Potential uses of helical macromolecules include: molecular recognition, chiral separation, chiral catalysis, data storage, display materials, etc. [0003] Nanoparticles (Nanoparticles, Nas) generally refer to particles with at least one dim...
