The method comprises the following steps of: performing certain connection on high and medium voltage sides of a common single-phase three-winding transformer model in power system computer aided design (PSCAD) simulation software to form a three-phase three-winding auto-coupling transformer model; converting transformer parameters in an actual grid; and inputting the parameters into a self-built three-phase three-winding auto-coupling transformer model, so that electromagnetic transient simulation for asymmetric three-phase parameters of a 500kV auto-coupling transformer can be performed, the voltage and current of high, medium and low voltage sides of the transformer can be analyzed, influence of relay protection of the 500kV auto-coupling transformer caused by the asymmetric three-phase parameters can be determined, and relay protection analog control is performed.
