Abstract

The invention discloses bepiastine. A formula consists of the following components by weight: 666g of bear gall powder and 3,200g of mile swertia, wherein a mile swertia raw material is required to be taken from a nationally-specified place, i.e., Mile in Yunnan Province; and the content of bear gall powder is required to reach a national medicament standard. A preparation method comprises the following steps of: extracting mile swertia twice by taking water as a solvent at the temperature of 80-90 DEG C, every time for 4 hours; combining extracting solutions; filtering with a micro water filter membrane; concentrating a filtrate in vacuum at a low temperature into thick paste of 1.30-1.35 (50 DEG C); drying into dry extract under reduced pressure; smashing the bear gall powder, mile swertia and dry extract respectively; sieving with a 120-mesh sieve, mixing uniformly and sterilizing; pilling with diluted ethanol, drying and preparing to 1,000g; and inspecting, performing split charging and warehousing. The formula of the bepiastine is scientific and reasonable, the requirements of mile swertia and bear gall powder raw materials are strict, a bepiastine product has stable quality and a perfect production process, and production conditions are consistent with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), i.e., a medicament production GMP standard. The bepiastine product has remarkable curative effects on the treatment of acute and chronic hepatitis, cholecystitis and gall-stone, resisting of arrhythmia, reduction in cholesterol in blood and triglyceride and prevention of hyperlipoidemia and renal hypertension. After long-term use, the bepiastine is free from untoward effects, and is safe and reliable.
