A Chinese medicinal eye drop for treating oculopathy is colorless transparent solution prepared by mixing leaching solution and Fel Ursi powder. The leaching solution is prepared from (by weight parts) 3-5 parts of Semen Cassiae, 3-5 parts of Herba Senecionis Scandentis, 1.5-3 parts of Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 1.5-3 parts of Prunellae Spica and 1-4 parts of Herba Chlorophyti by pulverizing and leaching. The leaching solution is subjected to distillation purification and sterilization, mixed with the Fel Ursi powder at ratio of 10 mL:(0.5-1.5) g, and hermetically packaged with plastic bottle.The eye drop is administered at dosage of 1-2 drops / eye for 2-3 times daily.
