Abstract

The invention provides a remote management system, a KVM switch, and a remote managing method. The remote management system includes an application program and a remote management apparatus having a network interface, a computer interface, a script processing module, and a video processing module. The computer interface includes a video interface and a control interface. The application program is performed on a first computer to convert a script command into a network signal. After the script processing module identifies content of script command from the network signal to accordingly generate a control signal, the control interface outputs a control signal to a second computer according to a default command or the script command. After the video processing module captures and processes the image outputted by second computer in response to control signal through image interface, the processed image is transmitted to first computer through network interface. The application program generates a window on the first computer based on processed video signal for a user near the first computer to operate the second computer remotely.
