The ceramic PTC thermistor is prepared by 1.022 mol of TiO2, 0.790 to 0.810 mol of BaCO3, 0.179 to 0.185 mol of CaCO3, 0.022 to 0.023 mol ofSiO2, 0.0021 to 0.0022 mol of Y2O3 and 50 mass percent of Mn(NO3)2 solution at the concentration of 0.005 ml per weight percent by a one-step synthesis method.
