This invention discloses a green synthesis system for preparing organoalkylsilanes. The system sequentially includes: a reaction unit for mixing silane and olefin, then mixing with a catalyst and heating to react and generate organoalkylsilanes; and a separation and purification unit for separating the organoalkylsilanes and excess olefins from the crude product generated in the reaction unit, obtaining organoalkylsilanes, while the olefins are returned to the reaction unit for recycling. This system uses a continuous catalytic reaction apparatus as its core equipment, realizing the rapid synthesis of organoalkylsilanes from silanes and olefins in the presence of a catalyst without solvents. The subsequent separation and purification unit employs continuous separation operation to purify the organoalkylsilanes to high purity, while excess olefins are returned to the reaction unit for recycling.
