Simultaneously, a positioning block is fixed on the machine frame, a driving lever is arranged on the vertical reciprocating device, and the positioning block and the driving lever are matched with the ratchet wheel. After optimization, the clamp comprises a conical pipe, and a chucking pipe is inserted into the conical pipe in penetrating mode and connected with a front-back reciprocating device.
