Embodiment 1

[0013] Embodiment 1: get respectively two kinds of each 5ml of waste water in the volumetric flask of 50ml, add the strontium chloride that 2.5ml concentration is 200g / L in every part, then add hydrochloric acid solution 2.0ml wherein, described hydrochloric acid The solution is formed by mixing 1 volume of concentrated hydrochloric acid with 3 volumes of water, then dilute to the mark line of the volumetric flask with distilled water, and shake well. Then use flame atomic absorption spectrometry to measure the absorbance of calcium and magnesium ions in each standard solution series, and then use the standard curve of calcium and magnesium ion concentration to absorbance to find out the concentration of calcium and magnesium ions.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for determining calcium and magnesium ions in wastewater. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) adding a strontium salt into wastewater: first, sampling wastewater, and adding a hydrochloric acid solution into the wastewater, then adding strontium chloride with a concentration of 200g/L, with the wastewater, the strontium chloride and the hydrochloric acid solution in a volume ratio of 2-2.5:1-1.3:1; and (2) using flame atomic absorption spectrometry to determine the absorbance of calcium and magnesium ions in the sampled wastewater, and then making use of a standard curve of concentrations of calcium and magnesium ions to absorbance to calculate the concentrations calcium and magnesium ions. By adding the strontium salt into the wastewater in advance, the invention makes sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid in a wastewater matrix react with the strontium salt more easily, thereby effectively preventing the calcium and magnesium ions from reacting with sulfuric acid or phosphoric acid and releasing calcium and magnesium ions, which can be atomized well. Therefore, the accuracy of the measurement of calcium and magnesium ion content can be greatly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for measuring oily substances in water samples, in particular to a method for measuring oily substances in water samples by infrared spectrophotometry, which belongs to the technical field of detection. Background technique [0002] As we all know, in the construction and use of environmental protection facilities, due to the different processes adopted for wastewater treatment and the differences in the treatment samples used, the composition of the discharged wastewater matrix is complex and difficult to predict. It is this complex and changeable matrix that brings various degrees of interference to the detection of wastewater. For example, when measuring calcium and magnesium ions in wastewater, due to the presence of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid in the wastewater matrix, it is easy to mix with Calcium and magnesium form Ca salts and Mg salts that are difficult to atomize, making the measured results lower th...
