A macromolecule conducting polymer (1) is fixed at the central position of the bottom of the insulation sleeve (3). A saturated copper sulfate solution (4) is contained in the insulation sleeve (3). The saturated copper sulfate solution (4), the red copper bar electrode (2) and an electrode lead (7) are sealed completely through the macromolecule conducting polymer (1), the insulation sleeve (3), the insulation screw (6), a thermal contraction sleeve (5) and hot melt adhesive (8). The macromolecule conducting polymer (1) ensures connection between the saturated copper sulfate solution (4) and outside media and can measure electric potential.
