Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of rubiaceae morinda citrifolia powder with an anti-fatigue effect. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) pretreatment: washing fresh rubiaceae morinda citrifolia fruits clean, drying and smashing for later use; (2) extracting solution preparation: mixing the fruit powder with alcohol, extracting with hot water, cooling, filtering and drying residues for later use; mixing the residues with distilled water, extracting in a hot water bath, cooling and filtering to obtain a filter liquor for later use; and (3) drying and molding; concentrating the filter liquor to a corresponding density in vacuum, spraying and drying to obtain rubiaceae morinda citrifolia spray powder. The method has the advantages of simple process, high extraction rate and no pollution.
