According to the device and the method of the invention, based on one channel of the inputted two channels of two-dimensional image signals, by adopting component adjustment factors of blocks, each component of each pixel in each pixel block in the other channel of two-dimensional image signal is adjusted, for obtaining the adjusted image, and compositing a 3D image for outputting.
