The invention relates to a method for preparing nutrient (liquid) beverages and granules of healthcare food (therapy) products by using extractives of cordyceps militaris and cocoons and aims to meet market requirements by producing nutrient healthcare products with different types by using various nutrient substances extracted from waste cocoons of the cordyceps militaris. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: firstly extracting the nutrient substances from the cordyceps militaris and the cocoons by adopting freeze thawing, combined enzymolysis and a water-extraction alcohol-precipitation sequential extraction method, and producing nutrient liquors and granules with different functions according to different functions (requirements) and different proportions.
