The method comprises steps of: establishing a reformate fractionation model, a xylene fractionation model, an aromatic hydrocarbon extraction model, a benzene toluene fractionation model and an adsorption separation model according to actual production data; and according to the reaction mechanism and actual production data, establishing an isomerization model and an alkyl group transfer and disproportionation model. The isomerization model and the alkyl transfer and disproportionation model reflect the relationship between discharging and reaction conditions and charging components. Through the above technical scheme, the isomerization model and the alkyl transfer and disproportionation model are established; the models describe influences of the reaction conditions and charging components on discharging, thus utilizing the aromatic hydrocarbon production process model to accurately calculate yield of different aromatic hydrocarbons, and further optimizing aromatic hydrocarbon production process according to yield of different aromatics.
