Abstract

The invention provides a manufacturing method of a button, which comprises the steps as follows: firstly, weighing unsaturated polyester resin in the first dose, adding accelerant into the unsaturated polyester resin, and agitating the mixture uniformly; secondly, adding a dye which accounts for 0-5 percent of the weight ratio of the unsaturated polyester resin to enable the unsaturated polyester resin to obtain a scheduled dyeing effect; thirdly, adding an antimicrobial which accounts for 0.01-10 percent of the weight ratio of the unsaturated polyester resin to enable the antimicrobial with function of antisepsis to be blended into the unsaturated polyester resin; adding hardener to enable the unsaturated polyester resin to enter a shaping process; and after the unsaturated polyester resin to be shaped is shaped via a centrifugal molding process, obtaining unsaturated polyester resin buttons with function of antisepsis via processing techniques including button manufacture technique and polishing technique. According to the invention, during the manufacturing process of the buttons, the antimicrobial is added in the factory formula of the buttons, so that the buttons are provided with the function of antisepsis. The invention further provides the button which is manufactured by adopting the manufacturing method.
