Abstract

The invention discloses a method for identifying rice blast biocontrol bacteria. The invention provides a method for identifying or complementarily identifying whether bacteria to be detected are rice blast biocontrol bacteria or not. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) placing a toothpick in a cultivation container paved with wet filtering paper and placing a plant leaf section which is colonized with the bacteria to be detected into the toothpick to be cultivated to obtain a cultivated leaf; (2) puncturing the surface of the cultivated leaf by utilizing the toothpick, wherein a leaf cuticle is not damaged; inoculating a rice blast spore suspension solution to punctured parts to obtain an inoculated leaf; and (3) continually cultivating the inoculated leaf to obtain a leaf to be observed, and observing the leaf to be observed. An experiment of the invention proves that the invention provides the method for identifying or complementarily identifying whether the bacteria to be detected are the rice blast biocontrol bacteria or not; the speed of a testing result of the method is fast; and after the bacteria are inoculated for 48 hours, whether bacillus to be detected resists rice blast bacteria or has the prevention and treatment effects on rice blast or not can be judged.
