Abstract

The invention discloses a three-dimensional electromagnetic field simulation method of a periodic structure based on a phase-shift reduced model. An original eigen equation acquired by a finite element method is subjected to Taylor series expansion in a single phase shift point to be reduced to an eigen equation lower in dimension, and the process is to build the reduced model. Once the eigen equation lower in dimension, namely the reduced model, is built, an eigen equation of the periodic structure in multiple phase shift points can be calculated quite quickly, so that high-frequency characteristics of the periodic structure in a broadband are acquired. By the aid of the three-dimensional electromagnetic field simulation method of the periodic structure based on the phase-shift reduced model, finite-element eigen analysis can be performed on the periodic structure under the condition of one phase shift point, and high-frequency characteristics of the periodic structure in a whole bandwidth can be acquired rapidly and accurately.
