Example Embodiment

[0013] The preferred embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, so that the advantages and features of the present invention can be more easily understood by those skilled in the art, so as to define the protection scope of the present invention more clearly.

[0014] Embodiments of the invention include:

[0015] A method for detecting hexaconazole residues in rice, the detection method comprising the steps of:

[0016] b. Purification: Accurately absorb 10mL of the upper liquid phase after standing and stratifying, then dissolve the residue with 2mL n-hexane, pour n-hexanol and the dissolved residue into the pretreated silica solid-phase extraction column, and finally 15mL eluent For rinsing, use nitrogen gas to blow the n-hexane solution with residue and eluent to 3mL;

[0017] c. Detection: a. Sample extraction: Weigh 5g of prepared rice and place it in a conical flask, add 20mL of distilled water and 30mL of acetonitrile mixed extract, cover with...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method of detecting residual quantity of hexaconazole in rice. The detecting method comprises the following steps of: extracting a sample: 5g of weighed prepared rice is placed into a triangular flask, a certain amount of extracting liquor is added, a plug is covered for oscillating for one hour, and then, the oscillated extracting liquor is filtered into a measuring cylinder containing sodium chloride, and the plug is covered to fiercely shake and then stew for layering; purifying, wherein 10mL of stewed and layered upper-layer liquid phase is accurately sucked and dried by using nitrogen gas, residue is dissolved by using 2mL of normal hexane, the normal hexane and the dissolved residue are poured into a pre-treated tripoli solid-phase extraction column, and finally leached by 15mL of leaching liquor; and the nitrogen gas is used to blow the normal hexane liquor dissolved with the residue as well as the leaching liquor to 3mL; and detecting: 3mL of the purified liquor is detected in a gas chromatograph. The detecting method disclosed by the invention has rate of recovery of 98%, smallest detecting limit of 0.0001mg/kg. Moreover, the method is simple to operate, has better degree of accuracy and degree of precision, and establishes a basis for discussing final residue of the hexaconazole in rice and preparing national standards of the detecting method of the hexaconazole.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of rice safety production, in particular to a method for detecting the residual amount of hexaconazole in rice. Background technique [0002] Sheath blight is the main disease in the rice planting process, and the annual occurrence area is 20,000 hm 2 Above, the output of paddy rice is caused bigger loss. Since the 1970s, the use of Jinggangmycin and Tianan to control sheath blight has been popularized on a large scale, and significant effects have been achieved. However, long-term single application has caused certain resistance to the disease and the control effect has also declined. Hexaconazole is a triazole fungicide with high-efficiency bactericidal effect and high biological activity against rice sheath blight, etc., and has been widely used. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a detection method for hexaconazole residues in rice and soil. At present, there is no national standard for the detectio...
