Embodiment Construction

[0039] In order to have a clearer understanding of the technical features, purposes and effects of the present invention, the specific implementation manners of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0040] The present invention proposes a heating and constant temperature method suitable for CT scanning, and the heating and constant temperature method suitable for CT scanning includes:

[0041] like figure 1 As shown, the confining pressure liquid reaching the set pressure is heated to the set temperature in the heating constant temperature device 5;

[0042] The confining pressure liquid that reaches the set temperature enters the inlet 4 of the confining pressure space of the core holder at a constant speed through the injection pump, and flows out from the outlet 8 of the confining pressure space; the outlet of the confining pressure space is provided with a back pressure valve to control the confining pressure of the cor...

Abstract

The invention provides a constant-temperature heating method suitable for CT (computerized tomography) scanning rock core displacement experiments and capable of stimulating oil reservoir conditions, which comprises the following steps: a confining pressure liquid is heated in a constant-temperature heating unit to a preset temperature and injected into a confining pressure space of a rock core holder at constant speed, and flows out through an outlet of the confining pressure space; the confining pressure of the rock core holder is controlled to a preset pressure by using a back-pressure valve; after being heated by the constant-temperature heating unit, the confining pressure liquid flowing out through the outlet of the confining pressure space and the confining pressure liquid entering an inlet of the confining pressure space form a cycle; the confining pressure liquid in the confining pressure space enables the rock core to reach the preset temperature and keep the temperature constant; and the constant-temperature heating unit is positioned outside the rock core, outside the rock core holder and outside the CT scanning area. The method achieves the effect constant-temperature heating and constant confining pressure without influencing the CT scanning, is used for CT scanning rock core tests, and solves the technical problem of providing high-temperature high-pressure conditions in CT scanning rock core displacement experiments.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a core displacement experiment, in particular to a heating constant temperature method suitable for a CT scanning core displacement experiment and capable of simulating reservoir conditions, in particular to a heating constant temperature control method suitable for a CT scanning core displacement experiment. Background technique [0002] As a routine testing technique in core analysis, CT technology is widely used in core description, core heterogeneity determination, core sample processing program determination, fracture quantitative analysis, online saturation measurement, flow experiment research, etc. Using CT scanning technology, it is possible to conduct visual research on the core displacement process, obtain information on the distribution of fluid saturation in the core, deeply understand the oil production mechanism, monitor fluid dispersion and channeling characteristics, and understand the impact of polymer flooding...
