The adhesive tape pasting component comprises a main roller and a plurality of adhesive tape roller sets, and each adhesive tape roller set is composed of a guide roller and a paper clamping roller which are fixed in a moving frame and equal in rolling direction. Each paper clamping roller and the main roller are externally tangent to each other, and paste adhesive tape on insulating paper while cooperating to roll the insulating paper.
